Editor, author, and game designer Kim Mohan is notable for his editorial work at TSR (the original publishers of Dungeons & Dragons), and later at Amazing Stories magazine, along with his longstanding career in TTRPG (Tabletop Role Playing Games) design. He began his career as a reporter for the Lake Geneva Regional News and at Beloit Daily News as sports editor and then state editor, before joining TSR in 1979.

Garnering a reputation as an editor and mentor, Mohan supported fellow creatives in the field. Notably, collaborating with D&D co-creator, Gray Gygax on Gygax’s venture, New Infinity Productions 1989, before resuming his role as editor of Dragon magazine in 1993.
