ELIGIBILITY: MOPOP x The Crocodile Giveaway Official Rules (“Official Rules”) is open only to residents of the United States 21 years of age or older. All national, federal, state, and local regulations apply. By entering the giveaway, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules and the Museum of Popular Culture (“MOPOP”) Privacy Policy found at https://www.MOPOP.org/privacy-policy/.
Employees MOPOP (“Sponsor”), as well as employees of Sponsors parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies are not eligible to enter.
ENTRY PERIOD: The giveaway opens at 10:00 am PT on November 15, 2025, and closes at 5:00 pm PT on November 22, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER: Enter as follows:
Limit one entry per person and Social Media account. Use of robotic entry devices is prohibited. Duplicate and fraudulent entries will be disqualified at the Sponsors sole discretion. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Unless otherwise stated, this giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any Social Media or other third-party platform including Facebook/Meta or Instagram.
WINNER SELECTION / PRIZES: On November 23, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received to win two (2) tickets to MOPOP & two (2) tickets to The Crocodile on 11/29 for How The Grouch Stole Xmas featuring Living Legends, Souls of Mischief & Cunninlynguists ($150 retail value). The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or their agent, whose decision is final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway
No transfer or cash or other substitution of all or part of a Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute the Prize or Prize component with another prize of comparable or greater value. Any and all taxes on the Prize will be the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will not be responsible for any delays, damage in the delivery of the Prize, and/or loss of any Prize in connection with delivery of the Prize.
Potential winner (pending confirmation of eligibility) will be notified via direct message to the Instagram account provided during entry. Winner must respond within one (1) day of receiving notification. Prize will be emailed to winners within one (1) days of winner confirmation date. Winners may be required to execute and return a prize claim form, including their social security number, and may receive a 1099 tax form from Sponsor. If there is a dispute regarding the winner’s identity, it will be awarded to the natural person assigned to the Social Media account associated with the submitted entry. If the selected winner does not respond in time, or is otherwise found ineligible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from all remaining entries received.
RELEASES: By accepting a Prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide royalty-free license for use of their entry materials, name, hometown, and photography or likeness for legal, publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Sponsor with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law).
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this giveaway, you agree that the Sponsor and their respective parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and all of their respective employees, officers and directors will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by you for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to you or your property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the Prizes, or your participation in this giveaway. All Prizes are awarded “as-is” and Sponsor make no warranties in connection with the Prizes.
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by entrants; lost or late entries or transmissions; or Prizes that are lost in delivery. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. If the giveaway is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Sponsor will have the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway and to disqualify entrants if an entrant does not meet the giveaway's eligibility requirements.
Any dispute arising from this giveaway will be determined according to the laws of the state of Washington, without reference to its conflict of law principles, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington jurisdiction over all such disputes.
