Amalia Kozloff is the Senior Curator at MOPOP. She joined MOPOP in 2019 and has curated multiple exhibitions since then including Body of Work: Tattoo Culture, Rise Up: Stonewall and the LGBTQ Rights Movement, Contact High: A Visual History of Hip Hop, Ruth Carter: Afrofuturism in Costume Design, Hidden Worlds: The Films of LAIKA, and Massive: The Power of Pop Culture. Enriched by a diverse cultural upbringing, she is committed to inclusivity and global representation in her work, shaping innovative exhibitions that transcend geographical boundaries and enrich the cultural landscape of the Pacific Northwest and beyond. She has previously worked at museums, private collections, and galleries throughout the US and Europe.

Shuprima is the Curatorial Assistant at MOPOP, joining the team in 2024. Born and raised in Mumbai, India, she brings a global perspective to her work, informed by museum experiences in both London and Seattle. Shuprima keeps intersectionality and accessibility at the core of her curatorial practice, deepened by her experiences in museum education. Before joining MOPOP, she was a student in the University of Washington’s Cinema and Media Studies Master’s program where she taught and researched Internet Culture, New Media Art, and Global Cinema, among a multitude of other interests.

Kitkatwombat is a PNW based cosplayer who has been creating her own cosplays since 2018. She started entering cosplay contests in 2022 and has won several awards for her craftsmanship. Her cosplay journey has taken her from Washington all the way down to Florida, where she competed in the 2024 Winter Cosplay Championship. She is a self-taught creator who specializes in sewing, particularly beading and embroidery. She enjoys integrating technology into her work, which involves skills like 3D modeling and lighting effects. She primarily creates costumes based on characters found in Japanese anime, manga, and video games.

Steph is an award-winning cosplayer that enjoys making intricately detailed builds which take hundreds of hours to complete. She loves the medium as an artistic expression, and approaches garment making and detail work like a blank canvas. She particularly enjoys doing large-scale competitive-grade builds and loves to share the knowledge she's gained through being a panelist at cons. Steph is passionate about learning new techniques - over the years her cosplays have incorporated skills such as weaving fabric, goldwork embroidery, specialty dye techniques, machine embroidery, and more.
