Scholarships
Partial and full scholarships are available for MoPOP camp programs. Scholarships are available on a first come, first-served basis for a limited number of Campers.
To register using a scholarship spot reservation, follow the steps below:
- Click “Register” for the Program your Camper wishes to attend.
- In the drop-down next to “scholarship spot reservation,” select the number of Campers you wish to register.
- Complete your order following the remaining prompts.
- Fill out the online scholarship form.
You will be notified within ten business days after completing your order and scholarship form. Partial scholarships covering 25% of camp tuition must have the remaining tuition paid in full by February 1, 2024 or the camp spot will be released.
Installment Plans
Installment plans are available regardless of financial need. All installments must be received by February 1, 2024. If tuition is not paid in full by the deadline, any installments paid will be fully refunded and the Program spot will be released.
You may arrange the installment plan upon registering by doing the following:
- On the registration checkout page, select “installment plan” as the payment method.
- You will still be required to pay the $50 deposit for registration.
- After order completion, please email Education@MoPOP.org with your camper’s name, order number with number installments signed up for, and the camp they’d like to attend.
Installment due dates and deadlines:
- Last date to register using an installment plan: January 1, 2024
- First installment due date: December 15, 2023
- Second installment due date: January 15, 2024

Where can I register?
How long will it take for my registration to be processed?
You will receive an order confirmation email following your successful registration. If you registered with a scholarship reservation your spot is held and will be processed within 10 business days.
Do you offer prorated tuition?
No
Will I receive camp details before camp begins?
You will receive an email with details 3-4 weeks prior to your camp date.
What is your attendance policy?
We expect students to attend every day of the camp in which they enroll, except in the case of illness, emergency, or advance notice due to family needs.
What are my next steps after I register?
Once you have registered, please submit MoPOP’s Camps Release and Waiver Form for each camper you registered and send It to Education@MoPOP.org. You can find that form here and fill out our 2024 Camp Survey here.
How do I apply for a scholarship?

- Select the number of campers in the drop-down next to “scholarship spot reservation.”
- Complete your order following the remaining prompts.
- Fill out the online scholarship form and we'll follow up with you within 10 business days.
Is the online form an application?
No. We do not require any pre-qualifiers or applications to receive a scholarship. The scholarship form is not an application but helps MoPOP get to know the folx accessing our programs more.
What types of scholarships are available?
Partial scholarships where 25% of tuition is covered via scholarship and the rest is covered by the family registering or full scholarship where 100% of camp related costs are covered.
Can I receive a partial scholarship and also select the installment plan?
Yes! Please still follow the steps above to register for a scholarship spot and fill out the online scholarship form and MoPOP will be in touch to coordinate your installment plan.
When is tuition due for partial scholarships?
At the time of checkout unless using the installment plan. If utilizing the installment plan all tuition must be paid in full by February 1, 2024, or the camp spot will be released and installments paid refunded.
Do I qualify for the installment plan?
The installment plan is available regardless of financial need.
How do I select the installment plan?
Follow the checkout page prompts and select installment plan as your payment method, pay the $50 deposit for registration and place your order.

Can I do 3 installments instead of 2?
No. We only offer 2 installments.
