2023 Hometown Hero Award
We couldn’t be prouder to be presenting MoPOP’s 2023 Hometown Hero Award to Sir Mix-A-Lot.
Grammy-winning rapper, songwriter, and producer Sir Mix-A-Lot grew up in Seattle’s Central District and made his hometown famous with his hit “Posse’s on Broadway.”
Sir Mix-A-Lot will be at MoPOP to accept his award on Saturday, November 11 at 1:30pm.
