SUMMARY

The Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP) Curatorial Department research library provides resources for the museum’s Interpretive services staff that promote lifelong professional development and support scholarship in various aspects of popular culture.

There is a backlog of books and other print materials that need to be cataloged and organized. The electronic catalog metadata needs to be cleaned up and streamlined. The Library Intern will review the catalog with the curators, devise and then implement a plan to update and organize it. The Library intern will then catalog the remaining library materials following the guidelines and structure already in place. This is a scalable project.
