Meet Minecrafter Trini!

The ocelot is out of the jungle! This October, Minecraft: The Exhibition is coming to MoPOP.

To say we’re excited would be like saying that mooshroom stew is just OK when paired with a side of freshly crafted bread and a baked potato — it’s an understatement!

We made this thrilling exhibition announcement at Emerald City Comic Con 2019, complete with coloring, crafting, and a slightly nerve-wracking visitor.

One of the activities we offered that weekend was the 10-Minute Minecraft Masterpiece Challenge. Con guests were encouraged to take inspiration from one of four themes and make whatever incredible creations came into their mind for the chance to win prizes.

Today, we want to introduce you to Masterpiece winner Trini. Trini’s incredible unicorn creation caught the judges’ eye right away thanks to its colorful main and massive size. Learn a little bit about Trini and check out this creative creature below!
